This is post number two in a section about ways to try to keep yourself motivated

Keep yourself busy, explore new things!
Staying Busy – Learning
When I was facing my crps journey, something I learned a little bit late was to take advantage of my situation. I was too busy being sad, not realizing the new opportunities I had. It may not be the same for you, but I had a lot more free time throughout this journey.
Due to having to miss school, something that I did to address that was to keep up with my schoolwork. I had worked out taking out tests with my school teachers and counselors and made sure to keep my grades up and stay busy.
I still had more free time though. As such, I started exploring other options. Beyond hobbies, I was able to learn a lot more things during this time. From basic subjects to taking extra online classes with a college, I tried to keep on learning and utilizing the time.
I am going to be honest when I say that I felt overwhelmed coming back to school. But, due to the time and effort I put in to keep up and go above and beyond, I was able to return close to normal faster, not worrying too hard about being able to take my classes, but rather focusing on more social things to catch up.
Take advantage of the time you have and don’t think that it is all bad. Good luck!
